Terrace, stainless steel, and oak – these are the central motifs that have been used. The architect focused on simplicity and timelessness, with functionality prioritized over extravagant design, just as the investors desired.

Architect Petr Požár was responsible for the creation of the kitchen island, which demonstrates the craftsmanship of metalworking and thoughtful design. The entire island is made of stainless steel, including the front surfaces of the drawers and the internal layout. Petr also expressed himself artistically with his own design of the dining table, which is slowly becoming our tradition. It would be hard to find a realization that does not feature the architect Požár's table.

We take pride in the use of furniture from the Scandinavian brand Vipp; bar stools, dining chairs, and bathroom accessories proudly carry its legacy. The sinks were custom-made, as was all the built-in furniture that our studio specifically designed for this space.

In this apartment, art was carefully selected from a renowned gallery in collaboration with the architect, adding a unique character and harmony to the interior. Each piece was chosen to complement the overall design and highlight the personality of the space.
