The rooftop apartment combines comfort with a minimalist approach to living.

The investor wanted to ensure that as few appliances as possible were visible at first glance, so as not to disrupt the overall impression. Therefore, no television or kitchen appliances are visible; they are cleverly hidden within the furniture and can appear immediately when needed.

On the other hand, the investor emphasized comfort, a spacious wardrobe, and a functional terrace—elements that were of great importance to her. Noteworthy are the artistically selected works provided in collaboration with the architect by a renowned gallery
